EVENT REGISTRATION

Fill out your details for tournaments or scrimmages. Winter League registration accepts teams and individual placement requests. Submit your registration directly on this page. You will see a confirmation when the form is received. The club will confirm your spot separately. Registration fees are paid separately by Interac e-Transfer to [email protected].

Registration fee payment

Send your registration fee by Interac e-Transfer (EFT) to:

Include your team name or player name and event name/date in the transfer message. Complete the registration form as well. Payment and your spot are subject to confirmation by the club.

Player waivers

Each player must complete the seasonal participation and media consent form, including players registered by a team captain. Existing event-specific forms may also apply. Open the player agreement or view all event waivers. Waiver submission does not replace registration.
